How dokmilae thinks about residence
The three plans at dokmilae are designed around a simple principle: different residents have different needs, and those needs often change over time. The shared room suits someone who values company and is comfortable in a communal arrangement. The private suite suits someone who wants their own space but would benefit from structure and support. The full residence package suits someone — or a family — who needs a high degree of daily support and active communication.
All three plans exist within the same house. The kitchen, garden, sitting room, and activities programme are shared. The difference lies in the degree of privacy, the level of daily assistance, and the closeness of communication with families.

Option 1
Shared River Garden Room
A clean, comfortable shared room for two residents with a view of the garden and, in the distance, the river. Both residents have personal sleeping areas with comfortable beds, individual wardrobes, and bedside arrangements. The room is serviced each morning, with linen changed on a twice-weekly basis. Three meals are prepared daily in the house kitchen using fresh produce from the Pak Nam morning market — genuinely good cooking in the central Thai home tradition. The shared sitting verandah looks out over the garden and is a popular spot for residents in the early evening.

Option 2
Private Garden Suite
A private room with a garden-facing window, en-suite bathroom with hot shower, a double bed, wardrobe, personal reading corner, and soft lighting. Three daily meals, daily housekeeping, and twice-weekly laundry are included. Residents may join the house's programme of activities: cultural outings to the Erawan Museum and the Ancient City, river morning walks along the nearby waterfront, Thai craft afternoons, and film evenings in the common sitting room.

Option 3
Full Bangkok Metro Residence Package
A spacious private suite with a personal garden terrace, large bedroom with king-sized bed, a sitting room, and a full en-suite bathroom. Three freshly prepared daily meals, afternoon tea, personal laundry, daily housekeeping, and access to all activities and outings are included. A dedicated staff member provides personal non-medical daily assistance to residents in this suite. The house team maintains warm and active communication with families — by telephone, message, or in person.
